FoKI (Research Colloquium Islamic Studies) is a meeting between assistants, doctoral and masters students of Islamic Studies and related subjects at Swiss universities which promotes the exchange of projects.
Assistants of the Asia-Orient-Institute in Zurich, the Seminar for Middle East Studies in Basel, the Institute of Islamic Studies and Modern Oriental Philology in Bern and the Unité d'Arabe in Geneva organise a FoKI every semester at one of the four institutes.
